Vicki is responsible for developing Hybrid Energy Australia’s board reporting practices and the company’s business systems. Vicki has an excellent understanding and extensive experience in enterprise risk management, financial, corporate governance, and internal control practices.

Vicki has worked within the South Australian electricity industry for over fifteen years, holding positions of Company and Board Secretary with a strong focus on financial, audit, regulatory and legal compliance, risk management, corporate services and board related matters.
