Currently Hybrid Energy Australia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ASX-listed and Perth-based oil and gas exploration and production company Strike Oil Limited. 

Our headquarters are based in Adelaide’s Central Business District.

The company has deferred its previously announced plans to list on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in early 2008, and is currently progressing alternative funding options for the rapid advancement of the FuturGas Project.
