Corporate Governance Arrangements
Hybrid Energy Australia is a 100% owned subsidiary of Strike Oil Limited, an Australian based oil and gas producer and explorer with operations in Australia and the USA. Strike Oil has production in the Gulf Coast (Texas), and is an active explorer in the Gulf Coast and the Rocky Mountains (Colorado). In Australia, Strike Oil is exploring in the Carnarvon Basin (Western Australia), and the Cooper-Eromanga Basin (Queensland).

Strike Oil’s office in Perth (Western Australia) was founded in 1997 and the company has been trading on the Australian Securities Exchange since 2004. The Strike Oil Board assumes the overall fiscal and operational responsibility of the company including monitoring the financial and business operations of Hybrid Energy Australia on an ongoing basis.

The Managing Director of Hybrid Energy Australia effectively manages the company under Delegations of Authority approved by the Hybrid Energy Australia and Strike Oil Boards. These Delegations provide formal authority to the Managing Director for the responsibility and accountability of various operational and administrative functions of the business.

Board Structure
The current Board of Hybrid Energy Australia consists of the following three Directors, appointed to provide strategic guidance and identify the business strategies and performance targets for the company.
